MINI CONVEYOR TRAINER

The Mini Conveyor System Trainer  is an ideal training system to those who are in charge of automating high volume production lines.

The system offers most realistic environment possible to maximize educational efficiency. Pneumatic valves and cylinders, and an PLC are the main components of the simulated environment. The system is based on a belt type conveyor with sensors placed at variou locations to detect the material of the object on the belt. When the PLC functions are properly utilized, the obtained information can be processed to generate desired control functions such as determining pass or fail, or separating good parts from bad parts. Time control or parts count can be programmed when a preset counter or a timer is utilized.

The complexity of this system allows further study of PLCs in process control systems. Students are required to consider in more detail the structure of complete control systems. Complex control scenarios can be developed using combinations of timers and counters with master and zone control functions.

Electrical Instrument Training Kit

The Electrical Instrument Panel System is mainly used for the application of experimental electrical instrument for demonstration purposes in classroom and lecture-rooms. The individual units of
an experimental set-up are connected via 4mm safety sockets which are arranged
in large, synoptically graphical symbols or current flow diagrams. Due to the
vertical arrangement of the experimental panels, the experimental set-up can be

Digital Logic Lab Trainer

Digital Logic Lab Trainer an ideal training kit which combination with Digital Training System Unit and some experimental components for high schools, technical institution, and universities. It consists of Solderless Breadboard, Power Supply, Pulse Generator, Pulse Switches, Mode Selector Switch, 7-Segment Display, 16-Bits LED Display, 16-Bits Data Switches and Digital Probe. It allows the students to perform most digital experiment without the use of additional equipment.

Residential Wiring Training Kit

This training unit demonstrates electrical principles typically found in a residential use. It has provisions for extensive switching and connection of lamps and outlets. The training unit has a 24 volt power supply that is used to wire and test all circuits. After the instructor has approved wiring, 120 VAC can be applied using the key lock voltage control. The ability to use low voltage for testing and 120 VAC for final wiring is a valuable teaching aid. The inclusion of the dual 24 VAC power supply makes this a very useful training unit for introductory classes. Since all initial wiring and testing can be done at low voltage, the 120 VAC is only made available after the instructor has used the key to turn on the key lock switch to apply 120 VAC. Students learn wiring as well as the proper electrical hookups from the manual that is included.
